Jay Cutler has cried, moaned, whined and bitched enough that Broncos have decide to trade before the draft April 25th.
I want to make something clear Cutler is well within his right to bitch and act like a little girl about his desire to leave Denver.
It is within his right not to return calls from his coach and owner because he wants out.
It is within his right to do whatever he needs to do to get out of a situation that he feels in wrong for him.
But here is my issue, since the beginning of time players have been asking for trades while inside of their contract and as a general rule that have been lambasted by the "bias" mainstream media. They have been called selfish, divas, not team players, manipulate and disruptive just to use a few adjectives. So why is Jay Cutler treated as a sympathetic figure?
The common reason given is that the Broncos try to trade him behind his back, but there are two major flaws in that theory:
1- Cutler asked for a trade himself before the Broncos tried to trade him.
I ask you, how you can be surprised that you are being shopped when you previously asked to be shopped around yourself. That doesn't make any logical sense at all.
2- Doesn't matter if it was a secret or not you are an employee.
One of the qualities a great quarterback should show is that he doesn't feel like he is entitled because he is the quarterback of the team. Jay Cutler feels he is entitled to know everything that was going on and while that would have been a nice common courtesy the fact of the matter is they don't have to tell him anything. He is under contract with the Denver Broncos they can shop him every day to the beginning of the season and he would still be responsible for being the best quarterback on the field because that is what a true professional does. Ask Anquan Boldin how you handle being in a situation you don't want to be in. Ask Edgerrin James. Ask true professionals.
This has been a media manipulation by Cutler and his agent Bus Cook from the beginning and the majority of you are falling right into their trap.
Cutler has been in the league three years is 17-20 as a starter with no playoff appearances. Yes he has talent and yes he has potential but he hasn't done anything in the league where he has the right to dictate terms.
Wherever he goes I wish him luck, but karma has a way to finding its way back. So Mr. Cutler be sure to always be looking over your shoulder.

You also need to keep in mind that whiny azz Cutler also shares the same agent as God Favre....so you do the math on where this crap is coming from!
It definitely shouldn't surprise people Bus Cook is right in the middle of all this considering what happen last year with the GOD
I agree 100% Littal.
Nope, not buying this one. I am still on Jay's side as well as any decent performer who's team shop's him or her around behind their back. Its about integrity and keeping open lines of communication. Here is a simple fact about people: no matter how much money you pay a guy nobody wants to be treated like property. The Broncos are idiots and i hope we get to see Jay torch their defense next season while playeing for wherever he lands this off-season.
like your article rob but just an employee??? i dont think think the colts treat peyton manning as an employee or tom brady as an employee from the pats. this guy is 12-1 when his sorry defense holds teams to 22 points and he is clutch in the fourth quater his stats dont lie
Jay Cutler made a cameo at UFC Fight Night tonight. He was chillin. Now even though I think there is blame to put on both sides. First of all, Josh McDaniels trying to trade him then lying to him at first saying he didn't, then once he realized that nobody was believing the lie, he's like oh yeah, I did, I'm being honest, after he lied in the first place. Is Jay acting like a bitch? Yeah. But he has the right to act like a bitch if he chooses to do so. Like I said the whole situation has been mishandled, I'm not on either party's side.
