I'm not a big Golden State Warriors fan, but I have to admit that they are one of the most entertaining teams in the NBA, just on their offense alone. I say that, because...well, they don't really play any defense. At 20-39, the Warriors stand as the 10th best team in the Western Conference and safe to say, that even a miracle will not push the team into the playoffs this year.
They are the second highest scoring team int he league at 108.1 points per game. But it also doesn't help that they lead the league in points allowed, at 111.6.
How does one team get better as the season progresses? Regardless of what AI fans may believe, practice is where coaches work with individual players and the team as a whole to become an all-around more improved team. The Warriors, on the other hand, seem to spend some of their practices doing other things. As seen below.
I'm a big hoops fan, and always find it a little bothersome when people are sitting on basketballs, let alone kicking them. But this...?

wow i really hope your not being 100% serious so a team has a little fun at the end of a practice and haze the rookies so what. so basically what your saying is because they are losing they are not allowed to have fun ever. so they are suppost to be angry and depressed every second of everyday. i mean i'm pretty sure it bothers them that they are not the best team in the league but if they are not allowed to crack a smile then damn why even play except for the money
also if this video would have been made and it was a different team say the lakers or celtics would that change your opinion a little besides the fact they have winning records would they be allowed to have a little fun or if it was lebron or kobe or dirk
or perfect example the other day shaq was being a fucking goalie with his team and he put a hole or dent in the wall i dont see anyone dogging him out and the suns are not exactly in playoff position so i hope i just missed that you were being more funny than serious.

being totally satirical. i find the whole thing comical, trust me.
to add to that, the warriors have some of the best (random, funny, etc.) practice videos that surface the net.
