1- Defense wins Championships

A great defense will always win out over a very good offense.


2- Underdog Fever

Everyone is jumping on the Cardinals bandwagon trying to look smart, but Arizona doesn't meet the criteria for an upset.

3- No Jake Delhomme

You can't expect another six interception game or rookie QB or Choker McNabb and the Eagles to help out the Cardinals on Sunday.

4- Dude, it is the Cardinals

Nice story, but come on homie it is the Arizona Cardinals.

5- Mike Tomlin aka Omar Epps

Seriously "House" is one of my favorite TV shows. I can't bet against Omar Epps.

People felt the same way about the New York Giants last year and thought they'd have a fluke of season this year but I can say this. As much as I want the underdog upset, the chances of it happening are slim because of...you guessed it. DEFENSE. And while the Giants had it in addition to their offense, Arizona just doesn't have it. It still would make this Superbowl a memorable one though. Get tired of seeing the Steelers win personally. Be sweeter if they would of made the Superbowl last year when the game was actually IN Phoenix. Oh well! At least they can go down in the history books for going to the Super bowl for the first time in their franchise history

I dont see this as being a very high scoring game. Although the inconsistent Arizona defense worries me. I would also like to see LarryFitz go off on that Steelers secondary and make Troy Hairweave look foolish. The steelers d is great but their greatness is in the front 7- mostly the linebackers. My logical side of my brain picks Steelers but the emotional side picks the underdogs knowing damn well it aint gonna happen.

The Equalizer will be alot of yellow flags on them Steelers. With all the drama over their last Superbowl and helmet to helmet hits (true or not) the refs are gonna throw anything close.
That will level out the defense and let the Cards take the trophy. Big games for Boldin and Breaston.
