Fight Night: Shamrock vs. Slice

Although I am a MMA Fanatic, Im not really excited about this fight. Elite XC, the Solange to UFC's Beyonce, needs this fight for survival, according to reports.

Shamrock is a has-been, and Kimbo is trying to earn the respect of those within the sport who dismiss his legend on the streets. If Kimbo wins, they will attribute the win to Shamrock not being the force that he once was. If Shamrock wins, that will add fuel to the "Kimbo is a fluke" fire.

My Prediction? If Shamrock gets Kimbo on the ground, Slice may take an L. We saw how at his last prime time fight that his lack of ground game almost did him in. But if Kimbo can keep Shamrock vertical, it will be a quick fight.

OFFICIAL TJT PICK: Slice with a TKO by the end of the first round.
